In the mood for pizza - make it yourself...

When you have veggies over, in the mood for something extra and just want it to be simple and tasty - try this recipe !
I make it with natural gluten free flours, but of course play around and use what you feel like.

Recipe
1 pizza, 2-4 servings

90g olive oil
200g buckwheat flour
200g rice flour
100g almond flour
3/4 tsp salt
300 ml hot water
optinal herbs / spices

Heat the oven to 175°C.

Mix the oil and 100g of the flour first, then the rest of the flour together with some hot water. Add little by little of the water until the texture is 'spread-friendly'. Add the herbs to the dough.

Pack the dough and form it into a pizza, bake in oven for 10 minutes.
Take out and put your ingredients(veggies, cheese etc.) and bake for 35 minutes.

Filling:

3 tbsp 100% tomato puree
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
half a yellow zucchini
half a red pepper
10 cm of a leek
50 g feta cheese

some fresh parsley

Mix the tomato puree with the herbs. Wash and cut all the vegetables. Start with spreading the tomato puree on the pizza dough, then add the cheese and the last all the vegetables.

Have fun !
