Treat yourself with a biscuit!

Choc-chip biscuits and a cup of green tea.

Recipe


2 dl almondflour
3 dl riceflour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg
0,75 dl agave syrup
1 dl chocolate chips/ pieces of your favourite chocolate
1 tablespoon coconut oil(you can also use butter or olive oil if you wish)
1-2 dl oatmilk (or soy-, coconut-, almond-, ricemilk or water)



Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add egg, agave syrup and the choosen milk. Stir and shape into round balls that you put on a baking paper. Bake for 8 minutes, then turn the oven tray and bake 8 minutes more.



I love to bake with almond flour, it gives a nice texture, taste and it's heathy for you. 
A good gluten-, dairy-, & sugarfree(I used agave as sweetner but you can also add more flour and use stevia if you wa

nt) option for you who want to have some christmas biscuit.

To this recipe you can also add your favourite christmas spices if you wish, and use raisin instead of chocolat
