Goat cheese spread with fresh mint

Served with gluten free scones and buckwheat rolls.

Mint has many health benefits and great using in cold and hot drinks. It's good for digestion, to eliminate toxins from the body and it acts as a cooling sensation for skin and body. 
 Also, it's easy to grow at home! Here is one recipe how to use it in your food!


150 gram feta cheese  
A handful of fresh mint leaves
Fresh lemon juice from half a lemon
1 tbsp olive oil
black pepper

Just mix the ingredients and serve!
