Ingredients
Spicy chickpeas
150 gram chickpeas
3 pieces sun dried tomatoes
fresh coriander
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp turmeric
1 pinch chili
(if you use blender, you may need some water for the blades)
Chop the coriander and sun dried tomatoes fine, add oil and spices and blend it as it is or mash with a fork or use a blender for a smoother texture.
Salad and sides
Lettuce
Cucumber
Avocado
Alfa alfa sprouts
Wakame seaweed
1-2 tbsp roasted pumpkin seeds
Salt & pepper
Crackers - recipe here
Prepare the Wakame by simmer in water for 5 minutes. Roast the pumpkin seeds in a dry pan on low temperature for about 3-6 minutes until enough roasted.
Wash rinse and cut what is needed for the salad and serve as you like it with the crackers, spicy chickpeas and top with some olive oil and pumpkin seeds.
