Recipe
Chia seeds are a good source of omega 3, vegetable protein and dietary fibers. It has brain supportive and energizing properties promoting stomach health. Great for sportive people, when doing hiking, as breakfast or a snack!
Ingredients
1-2 portions
3 tbsp chia seeds
150 gram filtered water (or other optional liquid like almond milk or coconut milk)
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp Maca powder
coconut flakes for topping
Blend all the ingredients in a mixer or with a spoon until well mixed. Put in a bowl and leave in the fridge over night.
Morning; take out and add liquid(ex, almond milk, coconut milk or water) if you think the texture is too thick. Add coconut flakes and optional berries or nuts on top, ready to eat!
