Grape Fruit Salad with Pomegranate and Fresh Verbena




Spring is in the air, even though it is the time of the month when the weather can be extremely changing (we went from 20°c and sun to rain storm and 6°c on one day here in Hautes Alpes in France). With spring comes also the flowering, blooming and colorful energies that gives us that exciting spring-mood that makes us feel the 'high'.
I feel like decorate with fresh flowers, wearing more colorful clothes and being surrounded by the nature that holds this vibrating spring motion to just be in the flow !
Also, now is the time were we can start picking our own herbs in the garden, this colorful and fresh recipe includes fresh verbena..

Recipe

Ingredients
4 Grapefruits
1 Pomegranate
Fresh verbena
1 Lemon

Peel the grapefruits with a knife, so that you can see the fruit meat. Cut into smaller pieces and place in a bowl.
Add juice from one lemon, and pomegranate seeds from one pomegranate.
Rinse and cut the verbena, and sprinkle over the salad, voila ! Enjoy and see you soon !
