It is for sure time to enjoy them, and take care of the berries before they fall to the ground.
We went picking wild raspberries (yes wild - they grow all over, in the forest, on the side of the road, in the fields.. you name it)the other day.
They got a bit smashed on our way back on the bike (we had about half a liter of them) so I decided to make a smoothie for breakfast.
Here is the simple recipe:
Wild Raspberry & Coconut Smoothie with Vanilla
Recipe makes two big servings
300-400g Wild Raspberries
300ml Coconut cream
1tsp Vanilla Bourboun
Mix all the ingredients in a blender, and it is ready.
Serve it with some granola and you have a super breakfast !
