Berry-based Protein Smoothie


They guy with the green beanie, called Gringo, works at KBcafé..



Recipe
1-2 servings

1 dl blueberries
1 dl buckthorn
2 dried and soaked figs
1 tsp coconut oil
2 dl oatmilk
1 tbsp vegan protein powder, based on pea-, rise- and hemp protein (optional)
Pumpkin seeds for topping


Soak the figs, preferable at least 30 minutes. Rinse.
Blend all the ingredients in a mixer until smooth.
Serve with pumpkin seeds on top, raw or dry roast them a bit.





Enjoy a berry drink!
