Chia crackers with turmeric


Yeah for anti inflammatory foods!

Recipe
makes one oven tray of crackers


1 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp water
15 min

1 tbsp quinoa flour
3 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsk turmeric
1 pinch cinnamon
salt




Heat oven to 175°C.
Soak the chia seeds for 15 minuter.
Add the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
Gently spread out on a baking paper as thin as possible. Put the baking paper with the cracker, on a oven rack.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 20 min. Enjoy!
