I think I will just share the ingredients today, as it is basically just to buy it, wash and cut the vegetables and put the amount that makes you feel satisfied on your plate.
Ingredients:
lentils
edamame beans
hemp seeds
roasted sunflower seeds
fresh tomatoes
avocado
sun-dried tomatoes
olive oil
fresh squeezed lemon juice
black pepper
herbs; oregano, basilica, thyme
