Savory scones with carrots and cumin



It's pretty nice and super easy to make your own bread! Here is one of my recipes. I like to eat them with some goat cheese, avocado or just some olive oil and salt & pepper.



Recipe
6-8 breads

65 gram flax seeds
130 gram water
Soak flax seeds for 30 minutes minimum.

2 carrots, grated
2 dl rice flour
1 dl buckwheat flakes
2 dl sunflower seeds
1 tsp honey (optional)
1 tsp cumin 
1 pinch herbal salt
(optionally some olive oil; to give them a more crunchy result)

Preheat the oven to 200°C degrees. Soak the flax seeds. Grate the carrots and then mix all the ingredients into the soaked seeds.
Make round bread rolls and bake for 15-18 minutes in 200°C.

Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
