Creamy Chocolate

I feel like I am talking about this chocolate cream all the time, and for many years... But it seems like I haven't done it enough because there are still people out there (including friends and followers) that aren't aware of it ;-)
So I share this deliciously simple recipe for all my chocolate lovers - including kids!


Creamy Chocolate
Recipe
5 servings
Prep time 10 minutes (a part from the soaking time needed)


Ingredients

8 dates medjool - soaked for about 2 hours or preferably over night
2 ripe avocados
4 table spoons raw cacao powder
1 pinch salt
1/2 teaspoon rose pepper (optional), to sprinkle on top

Soak the dates, preferable three hours.
Take out the seed inside the dates and put in a bowl, or if
you have a food processor you can directly put it in there.
Add the rest of the ingredients, and with a mixer (or your food processor), mix everything until creamy and there is
no pieces of avocado is left in the mixture.
Now taste how you like it, and you can play with different toppings or spices like cinnamon, coco nut
